Variations include: On Slick Rick foe-real, On Rick bruh, On Rick James (???)
It is a substitution for "On God" that my little brother made up to keep from getting yelled at about using God's name vain, i.e. blaspheme. My little brother claims he made it up in memory of a guy named Slick Rick from Happy Hill (the projects). He knows no one from the projects. He knows no one from the projects that died. He probably stole this phrase from somebody.
Example: On Rick bruh, I ain't do nothin'.
Note: If you are educated or an adult, this is not the word for you.
